Other than the general board, I feel like MyBCS is the only board that people respond to frequently enough to make it feel like a converstation. I welcome any and all topics. Have you ever tried posting a real estate question on the real estate board? You might get 2 responses in a week. MyBCS is instant gratification. Yes please!
