Football season is back in Aggieland, and September is shaping up to be an exciting month at De Baca Steakhouse!

Texas A&M opens the season with three consecutive home Saturdays at Kyle Field, making College Station the place to be throughout September. If you are welcoming friends and family to town, entertaining clients, or planning dinner before Midnight Yell, we would love to help you start your game-day weekend with a memorable meal.

Book Friday Nights Early
Friday nights before home games are among our busiest evenings of the year, and the most popular reservation times fill up quickly. We strongly encourage guests to book early, especially for larger parties.

De Baca Steakhouse offers an elevated but welcoming dining experience featuring premium steaks from the Texas A&M Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center, fresh seafood, distinctive game selections, handcrafted cocktails, and an extensive wine list.

Make your Friday night dinner part of the Aggie game-day tradition. Reservations are available now at www.DeBacaSteakhouse.com.

An Evening with Stags' Leap Winery
On Tuesday, September 29, at 6:30 p.m., join us for an exclusive five-course wine dinner featuring Stags' Leap Winery.

Each course has been thoughtfully prepared and paired with a distinctive Stags' Leap wine:
  • Grilled and chilled lemon-garlic shrimp paired with 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
  • Seared scallops with sweet potato beurre blanc paired with 2024 Viognier
  • Seared duck breast with cherry-pomegranate glaze paired with 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon
  • De Baca Petite Beef Wellington paired with 2021 "The Investor"
  • House-made bresaola with cave-aged Spanish Manchego and truffle vinaigrette paired with 2022 "The Leap"
The dinner is $225 per person, and seating is limited. Reservations are required, so please secure your place early.

Golden Hour and Sunday Brunch
Our Golden Hour is available Monday through Friday from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the bar and patio. It is a great way to begin the evening with specially priced cocktails, beer, wine, and select menu favorites.

We also serve Sunday brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., featuring elevated breakfast classics, steak and eggs, Benedicts, brunch cocktails, and lunch selections.

Whether you are joining us for an Aggie football weekend, our Stags' Leap Winery dinner, Golden Hour, Sunday brunch, or simply a great evening out, we look forward to welcoming you this September.

End of koppe bridge road where koppe bridge used to be. Many of campfires and dates there. Although most were just with my roommates and a handle of Canadian hunter
