Anyone trying to get rid of anything? Don't need anything new or fancy, but don't want a project. Just something big enough for me and my kid(s).

Lots of 2a items for full or partial trade. (Guns, ammo, parts).

Located in NW Houston (Tomball). DM or email - jdlco2005 at gmail.

Inventory is so backed up at the atv/utv stores that they have them on sale. This was in Conroe at cycle shack north recently. Bought one of these around 10 years ago and it's been great. Iirc that's about the same price as what it cost 10 years ago. Have only changed the tires, battery, and oil on the Honda 420 rancher and it fits in the back of my pickup.

I plan on checking a few stores during my search. Not sure I'll be diving right into a $5500+ New 4-Wheeler but worth noting. Thanks for the heads up.

Man I had a pretty good Kawasaki Prairie 300cc 2wd circa 2000 yr model with a front winch that I sold for $800. Had a couple
Leaks but would fire up.

We have a 2wd Honda Rancher my dad may be interested in selling. We lost our lease this year but it has been garage kept and constantly maintained by a 70yr old OCD retired man lol.

Let me know if you're still looking and I can talk with him.

Appreciate the offer. Still in the market but I think I need to stick with 4WD for some of my potential offroading spots. .

M-Neezy and I connected. Turns out it's not the first time we've done a transaction! TexAgs in Tomball, bound to happen again.

Not the right fit for me, nothing really to trade to him of interest, but good catching up and a good rig for someone.

Are you TOTALLY opposed to fixing things up? I bought one that was in similar shape as the one above on classifieds but didn't run. Seller unloaded to me for $800. All it needed were some brakes and odds and ends. I was all in on that 'project' for about $1000.

If you can wrench, you can get some really great deals, but I do understand wanting something that is ready to rock n roll out of the gate.

I won't speak for OP but as he said we did connect and he definitely seems a guy who could handle a project, but has too many at this time.

As he correctly assumed, my bike is running great now and does what I need it to do, but is also a 20yr old machine and as with anything that age no guarantee that it will stay that way forever or even for six months.

I've still got mine out there, but I'm not exactly set on selling it so I'm ok if I just end up using it to get me back and forth for next season or beyond.

Not really opposed to a "project" in general; have a couple of vehicles on my plate now. No desire for another one now. Have ideas / opportunities to use a 4-Wheeler and I'd really prefer spending more time using it than fixing it.

M-Neezys was likely in as good of condition as any other at a similar age, but our conversation got me thinking about exploring new / newer ones now and just enjoying it with regular maintenance and no concern of "what's next?"

Still in the market for a used one under the right circumstances, going to take a peek at a few new ones in the meantime.

Not to steal OP's thunder but I am interested in any used ATV's around central Texas - like Brownwood area. Needs to be automatic for the wife. That artic cat would be a good fit except tomball is 227 miles away
