Couple bags of bucees corn were wet. No mold or anything so spread it out to dry. Sure the coons are back stroking in it like Scrouge Mcduck right about now.

Some pics as of late, couple good bucks regularly coming by the feeder.




We've also go a sounder of pigs I've been trying to trap unsuccessfully due to the raccoons setting my trap off when I'm able to get a free weekend to arm the saloon doors, I'm going to have to invest in a remote gate system to get these things. That monster on the left I'm wanting to get really bad.

I just bought a Boar Blanket after being unsuccessful with a self-built figure 6/ C shape corral trap with panels. Going to set it up this weekend and put it in conditioning phase. any tips to attract the hogs before coons steal all the bait? I heard a little diesel coating on the corn should keep the non-target animals away.

I think that is a fair assessment. Anytime you have pictures where 1 looks 5.5 and the other(s) he looks 4.5, I always skew towards 4.5. Your second picture he looks much thicker and older, but the other two he still has skinny legs, straight stomach, and a longer appearing nose.

Not sure about all of you guys but we have a s-load of acorns on the ground and activity has dropped significantly at feeders. Not even hammering protein right now.

With the way the newer neighbors on either side seem to want to clear out their land to look like a park, hopefully we will keep these around for a while.

Double check the bore including the can once you have the adapter installed. Had a local fella bring me his 300 Win Mag / BOSS system he rigged with an adapter. The lack of a good shoulder introduced enough angular deviation and boy did he get a soprise when he pulled the trigger and his can went down range!

I had to put some wedge washers in on the adapter on my RPR for that reason. Can make a mess if you don't check the alignment.

I just did. The adapter is form SciCo for the scythe and everything looks in alignment. Don't want another baffle strike on my bingo card this season …
