HELP NEEDED

My girlfriend lost her Aggie ring Friday night in the Aggie park pond. If anyone knows someone with scuba gear and a metal detector that would be willing to help please let me know! I tried with regular goggles and a head light but was unable to hold my breath for long enough to get a good look. It's about 10-12ft where the ring was lost. She just graduated and is very upset, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Reach out to Aggieland scuba. They are the only group that is authorized to enter the water and search for rings. They have had some success in the past. The conditions down there are difficult but Nathan and his team are really great

Prayers it can be found. Hoping my story gives you hope.

My family were on the beach on 30A (Florida). I forgot to leave my ring at the rental and wore it to the beach. I took it off and put it in the zipper pouch of our cooler. My youngest unzipped the pouch and turned it upside down to empty the sand, unbeknownst to my wife and me. He zipped it back up so I was none the wiser. Retuned to the rental and went to get the ring...wasn't there. By the time I realized this and went back to the beach we weren't even sure where we had set up camp. Long story short...paid a local metal detector guy and he found it, two days later. Couldn't believe it. Again, prayers it's found. You can always buy a new one at some point but he original has serious sentimental value.
