I have two young crossbred bulls, not checked yet but will be doing that soon. Born in May and July 2024.
Both from black baldy mommas and a red "baldy" daddy who was actually solid red and basically looked like a red angus.

Bull 1 looks almost like a purebred polled Hereford…smaller frame but thick and good looking young bull
Bull 2 solid black and slightly larger frame, has a good angus look to him

I'm trying to decide once tested if I should sell them individually or just take to Gainesville or Decatur markets.
Any thoughts?

What do they weigh?

Jordan's in San Saba had a small bull sale last week and producing bulls went anywhere from $7,500 to over $10,000 but those bulls were from a well-known producer.

Well, you never know what will happen at the sale barn. Gainesville had slaughter bulls, #1 and #2s were 160 to 204 per hundred weight. If you have a general idea of their weight, you can guesstimate what you would get there. Then again you might get someone their that needs a new young bull, and do better. You might consider posting them on FB or Craiglist. Start out with a good price, and adjust as needed.
