Hello folks,

Friend of mine is looking at land for a project out in west/central Texas for a renewables project. If you have any recommendations to agents or are selling land yourself, please let me know. Only requirement is that it is around ~10+ Acres, and has direct access to the road for semis.

Care to narrow down the location? I'm available to discuss further.

Lampasas county is a TERRIBLE location for a project like you are describing; zero wind, no sunshine. P.lease look elsewhere for much better locations.

CamAg, he's not too picky of his location right now for his preliminary searches, west of I-35 and not in a major city is my guess for now. He'd have to run the numbers once getting more info I think.

I had to star your post. The only place worse than Lampasas county would be the Sahel, there's never enough sun nor wind out there. What a shame.

Its really a shame he's looking at Texas at all. The sun and wind have been at record lows the last few years with no signs of improvement.
