We like NuNu's and the Cajun Ninja's Pi-Yaaaahh.
Its my personal favorite because its not as salty compared to most and you can salt to your preference. I like most of his products.Serious Lee said:

Don's and Best Stop have the best Boudin. Best Stop was smart enough to build a location in Katy. Don's should think about a Cypress location. lol
Store is fine, no real huge difference in offerings but location sucks for traffic. Sharing a shopping center and street with In-n-Out burger makes it a nightmare unless you go during off hours of traffic like 10-11am / 2-3pm.Tormentos said:ZihuatanejoMan said:

I've always been a Best Stop guy, how is the Katy location? Just as good as the one in LA?
My wife swung by Best stop a few months ago and came home with some cracklins and crawfish etouffee...man that hit the spot!
The Katy location is great. As the other poster mentioned it isn't in the best spot but I just enjoy having great cajun food I can pick up on the way out of town. I bought some boudin stuffed chicken thighs I will be trying on Friday night.Tormentos said:ZihuatanejoMan said:

The stuff from the New Orleans Cooking School? My kids love that place.tx4guns said:
Since it's obvious none of you know the best one I'll go ahead and add it to the thread. Joe's Hot Stuff or Joe's Stuff if you like less heat. It's all I use for Cajun cooking. Will change your life.
For salty seasoning like Tony's I like Peto's seasoning. Great for fish dredge.

I'm gonna cut you both off. There is no real Cajun food in New Orleans. The best Cajun food I have ever had is way outside of New Orleans. I have friends from New Orleans who don't even know how to cook for gods sake. lol

Cajun cooking dorks are worse than kolache dorks. The cuisine of funny-talking inbreds is serious business.tx4guns said:
