Thanks, everyone for the advice!

I had looked at the labels and instructions for a few products.

https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/farmworks-538-glyphosate-concentrate-1-gal-75238
instruction manual says to fill tank half way with water and start agitation, but then also says to avoid mechanical agitators. Also says adding 1 - 2% dry ammonium sulfate may increase performance. Also says this product requires use of nonionic surfactant: 2 or more quarts per 100gal.

https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/rm43-glyphosate-plus-weed-preventer-tvc-2-1-2-gal
instruction manual doesn't really mention any additives other than water.

I also looked at the label on a 2 gal jug of Ortho Ground Clear concentrate at Lowes the other day. I can't find it online, but if I recall, it only mentioned adding acid.

Watch the ammonium sulfate! There's different grades, and some dissolve better than others. It seems to help glyphosate the most if plants are a little stressed. If it's not high quality NH3SO4, put it in some old pantyhose as a "filter" and let it dissolve as it will.
Being in TexAgs jail changes a man……..no, not really

What can I do about nutsedge at this point? I already hit them with Sedge Hammer and results were 50/50.

It is all over my front yard.
Quit using Sedge Hammer to start with.

Certainty is the answer you seek. Not cheap, but it works. Nutsedge is a years long battle of attrition though. I think I'm on year 7 or 8. That stuff is damned hard to eradicate.

What do you mean? Sedgehammer knocks the piss out of nutsedge every time I've used it.
