from reddit: The truck is a 2023 Ford F150. Looks like it was purchased "used" (but likely new) in Pasadena, TX in August, 2024. Claims it had 48 miles on it and has a lien held by Ford Motor Credit Co.

It wasn't stolen, it was rented on Turo.

Be Aware and careful out there especially when traveling to bigger cities and big public events. Prayers for the family and friends of those lost in today's sad events. May God continue to protect us from the evils of this world. Be alert, be strong, and know that God is with you.

One of the deceased is a former Princeton WR.
Beyond the sports connection, I mention that because a 28 year old athlete, literally trained to avoid things coming at him was still killed. These events are so random and fast, I can't even imagine it.

In the span of 2 years during my travels there were shootings within a quarter mile of me in San Fran, Italy, San Diego, and NOLA. Only one was considered a mass shooting, just wrong place wrong time

My brother and his family were there just 2 days ago. Having a great time on Bourbon St like everyone else. You just never know.

My heart breaks for the victims and their families.
