I'm curious if anyone is having problems with their fall garden.
I transplanted some nice cabbage plants the end of October i got at a local nursery and they havent done anything. They are still green but for being in ground for a month i swear the leaves have not grown a quarter inch.
Next i transplanted some Texas Legend onions 2 weeks ago. the area around my garden is fairly open and as windy as it was last week the top soil kept drying out. the top tip of the leaves were turning brown, guessing maybe wind burn, so i was watering lightly every other day. As of yesterday it looks like about half the onions have turned brown and just layed over.
I fertilized the whole garden when i did my big fall tilling the end of october before pulling the rows.
I also planted some spaghetti squash from seed the end of october that has been doing very well and have multiple green squashes set but now those leaves are starting curl and turn brown.
I'm torn on what to do. I'll take some photos this evening
