I will add very reasonable home prices, friendly people, lack of crazy politics and easy access to east Kansas and Missouri for more hunting and fishing options.

Only been in the Ozarks for 6 months now, and only regret is not doing it 10 years ago.

100%! We bought a house on Table Rock Lake in Holiday Island. It is a second home until I retire in a few years. I will let you know next time I am up there because it would be awesome to meet north Arkansas Aggies around us.

I don't give a crap they shot the cats but I'm skeptical if anyone saying they are making a living on livestock around Ozona. It take so may goats to make a living they must work 500,000 acres.
