Yes the fires were in 2011 but the drought lead up started in late summer and fall 2010

Raining pretty steady here a few miles west of the fire. Nice soaking rain…should put most of it out if it keeps up.

So the pasture we hunt is about 10 miles from there. Winchester. Friday night when I was setting up the trailer I moved the quiet generator all the way out to the road. Not that my gen is a fire hazard but man it felt way too dry to run that engine where I initially set it down.

We got .70 inches today which helps tremendously. Hoping for another run of storms this week
