The thread about having access to guns got me thinking about hunting when I was young. That led my old brain to thinking about all the places in Texas I have taken a deer.

I found this interesting, and was wondering about the concentration of TexAgs hunting statewide.
I tried creating a Heat Map of all the counties listed, and how many hunters were in each county. This is through AgEng06 so far. Will add more as I'm able, including some labels showing the most dense counties. I'll try and figure out a way to make the live map shareable, so you can zoom in and scroll around.

*Note- this heat map only represents hunters per county. It does not represent where the most deer have been harvested, as we did not provide quantities.
- I also tried to evenly distribute the pins throughout a county (they aren't as stacked up as they appear on this small map), to better represent neighboring densities. This will skew toward concentrations of smaller counties, but that should hold true as deer were likely killed much further apart in larger west Texas counties.

That is cool. I have been doing it in my head reading the posts. For the bold part I can try, but it will be hard. Will edit my OP. That would be an interesting stat also.

**Decided not to include totals as they would be wildly off.
