Nonsubmersible. I currently have a 5 horsepower Grundfos vertical mulistage centrifugal pump. It pumps water from the storage tank up hill to house. It quit working and it's at the age where I want to price replacing it instead of rebuilding it.

I used to live by San Antonio in the hill country. I bought a 5HP centrifugal pump to pump from a 10,000 gal. Tank to my sprinkler system.
I dealt with Peerless Pumps and Alamo Iron Works on a couple of Goulds Centrifugal Pumps like that. Alamo had a pump division then. Don't know if they still do.

Thank you for the info! I've seen the Gould's pumps. Did you have good luck with it? The Grunfos lasted almost 7 years and of course the water out here is very harsh on it.

Yes. Mine did good. I also had their submersibles in 5 wells on the place. 20 years and never had to pull but one of them.
Grundfos are great pumps too I have heard.

Gruñidos are pretty much bulletproof.

Sounds like you are wanting a jet pump to pump from reservoir to lift to facility. They can be much cheaper than a submersible.
