A circle or arrow pointing to which grass you want identified. By the looks of it you have about 4 different species of "grass" there, and I'm not anywhere near an expert.

A wider angle shot and then closeups from the side of the variety that you are interested in might help. Also location. Doesn't appear to be anything I am familiar with.

Definitely the seed head. Also photos of individual specimens with a clean background. Additional close-ups of leaves and nodes certainly don't hurt.
