Winchester SX4.

Will bring the SX3 along in case someones autoloader goes into single shot mode, which usually happens when running lighter loads.

I have a Citori 725 Sporting, a Benelli Ultralite for upland birds, a Browning Maxus for dove or lending out, and a Beretta A400 for ducks. I like them all, but I really love the A400.

I'm a poor so I'm pretty proud of my CZ Drake All Terrain. I shoot it well when I remember what I'm doing. I liked it so much I bought my wife a matching CZ 1012 All Terrain.

I really like mine. Thinking about getting a matching 20 gauge. I like the magnets in the barrel, allows for easy reloading in the duck blind.

Shot a limit in about 1.5 hrs yesterday evening with a Beretta Silver Pigeon 20 Ga 26" O/U. It's a pretty sweet shooting gun for me.

Benelli Super Vinci for my hunting gun

Pulled it out for opening day for dove season this year and the recoil pad is disintegrating. Have a limb saver on order to replace it. Apparently the Vinci's have this issue.

However, will be using it tomorrow morning for the teal opener.

My sporting clays gun is a Beretta 686 with 32" barrels

Shot an 11-87 for the longest time with an 1100 before that.

Ithaca by skb 200e sxs. My wife shoots the same gun. Hers is 20, mine is 12.

Surprised by the number of Skbs on this thread.

I've wanted an A5 for years and years but as of yet I haven't bought one.

I'm now shooting a Weatherby Element.

With the beginning of dove season recently, I'm curious as to what 12 gauges you guys are using. I am toying with the idea of hanging up my old Mossberg, and getting something of a little higher quality. Initial thought was Benelli, but would love to hear other options. Thanks

I have a Benelli M1 I inherited that I've been too lazy to post for sale. I'm not sure it's actually ever been shot. Full hard case, chokes, books, etc. I'm in College Station. If you're interested LMK.

For ducks, it's a Browning Citori 20 gauge chambered for 3" shells. For doves, same thing or a Citori .410.

Beretta A400 Xcel that I won in a raffle on this board 10 years ago come this October. It was someone's kids baseball team but that's all I remember. Still probably my most favorite win ever. I've killed a hell of a lot of dove and skeet since then with this one.

I've got a Beretta A300 in 12, Remington 870 in 12, and a Yildiz O/U in 20.

Had a Remington 11-87 for years in 12 that was my duck gun but it turned into a single shot an never was reliable again no matter what parts were replaced. Went to the A300 and love it.

Once I started shooting the Yildiz for dove I had no interest in pulling out the 12ga anymore. It's light and swings well. I think it's great for a $425 gun.

I had the exact same issue on my Super Vinci when I pulled it out of the safe ~3 weeks ago. Put the Limbsaver AirTech on as a replacement. The Super Vinci has a std. And 11 round tube for 3gun/goose hunting.

For clays and dove I'm typically grabbing my Citori 725 sporting but still pull out the old Gold Hunter that I've had for over 25yrs from time to time.

Love SxS and don't understand why someone thought OU was a better configuration. Never had a Dove fly straight up. Quail and Pheasant I have.

My favorite to grab is a Browning Gold Fusion 12. Bought it on clearance at Gander while in college. It's very lightweight and is a pleasure to carry walking sections for pheasant. Never seen another one.

I also have an Huglu o/u 12 that shoots pretty well, but I've convinced myself I need 3 shots per dove, so it doesn't come into the field much. Somehow I ended up with 2 Stoeger 3500 12s that I'll grab it it's raining or muddy or going to ride around in the mule all day. Supposed to be getting a SBE3 20 next week, and I'm hearing that will probably become my new favorite, we'll see.

I have a Browning Silver Hunter in 12 gauge with a 26" barrel. It's an outstanding shotgun, and one of my favorites. It's my go to for pheasant hunting in South Dakota.

OU is easier and cheaper to manufacture. It is easier to align O/U barrels than SXS barrels. There is a skill required and hand fitting needed for SXS to get them just right. You can buy a 300 SXS made in 1950 that shoots better than a 2,500 O/U made today. It's just a fact of production. Plus sight pictures are better on O/U for Clays/Skeet/Trap. I prefer my O/U for those games, and my SXS for actual hunting. I try to cycle through a few guns during the season so they all get some love. My 16 Ga SXS is a nice and fun gun to shoot. For hunting a wide set of barrels is preferable to me for birds.
