How long do you want to ignore this user?
I started a hot shot service a couple of months ago and part of the service is selling and delivering bulk water bottles / other items for rural customers. i.e. oilfield, construction, etc.

I'm looking to find a direct contact to a water distributor and/or bottling facility to help expand my capabilities and maybe cut out the middle man I am currently using. I have some big accounts that would be willing to sign off with me if I could meet certain quantity and customization requirements for their business.

Any help is appreciated in this!

Any major grocery distributor should be able to help.

Affiliated Foods ( if still in business ), Mclane's, Ben E. Keith, GSC ( Grocery Supply Co. ) and etc.

Don't know if a bottler or mfg would sale directly, considering larger box stores/ distributor's would be their first go-to.

There is a Niagara bottling and distribution facility here in Seguin.

A second one, Premium Waters Inc., is slated to open in 2024.

Crazy Water in Mineral Wells. They already bottle for HEB under the 1877 brand. Aggies are in the family as well

You may also be doing this. I'll mention it anyway. We used a similar service it sounds like to what you're doing. They only did ice and bottled water, which sounds slightly different than what you're doing. It was a great service for remote jobs like I was on because we couldn't get ice or water anywhere close. Sounds like you're already all over the water part. The way they did the ice was an ice machine with bagged ice already in it would be delivered on a flatbed trailer and parked next to our office trailer generator, where we'd plug the ice machine into. When we were close to the last of the ice we'd call and they'd bring out a new trailer with a stocked ice machine and take the old one away. It was awesome. Just a thought if you're looking at additional services.

If you will be distributing bulk water you might want to contact TCEQ.

Where are you located out of?

Also, hurricane season has started and the bottlers will be holding inventory just in case.

Not sure if I still have a contact at Niagara.

Sam's might be the easiest to deal with though.

Check out c force bottling/water. They are in Navasota. It's Chuck Norris's water company.

If using water haulers, non bottled water tanker type trucks, you'll want to check out TCEQ regulations and rules
