Agree completely. Detest those destructive tree rats.agAngeldad said:Well maybe but i have gotten rid of many at two different locations when they got into our roofs... They are destructive as hell and will and did come back to have babies!!! Two gulps and they gone!!jwoodmd said:Careful - a few months ago, I and an old guy on here were accused of being psychopaths for this and that it was torture (you know, like waterboarding I guess). No joke.agAngeldad said:
I use a trap with apple and peanut butter with a few raw pecans. It will work! Then dispose of the squirrel. I normally drown them (in pool or bucket of water) as it is safer than shooting them. If you take them away, it is recommend to take them 25 miles and normally at night as they can find their way back (very territorial) ....
Put the traps in their normal path....
Yep, just get 2 or 3 timber ratts for the backyard. Mrs wont mind im sureBuddysBud said:

I recommend a German Shorthaired Pointer and a pellet gun. I no longer have squirrels.

We have nesting Redtail Hawks in our front oaks.
Very few squirrels in the hood. 2nd year they've come back and it's awesome.
Dog got one awhile back, I was yelling at him and his pride turned to shame.
