This is absolutely stealing and every county requirements are different so YMMV.

Process of registering a home built trailer has changed recently specifically due to this.

Often now, you're required to show "proof" that the trailer was home built, or have it inspected by DPS/auto theft group (I forget exactly who).

Not sure about what kind of communication you are having with him, but this seems to be the problem...

Ensure he knows not to do it again.

Your neighbor is trespassing when he parks them. You have given him verbal warning. When parked there again, call the SO. They will either write him a trespassing citation or put him on notice not to do it again.

We had a similar situation with an 18 wheeler on our farm. Called the sheriff and it was resolved in a couple of days. Nobody likes a call from the sheriff.

If you own a piece of property of any value you spend quite a bit of time yelling "get off my lawn"!

Was going to guess Newport lol. I've heard stories about the POA there. Also sounds like your parents and I could be neighbors..
