Still curious about my question/ statement on page one 3 years ago.

She moved a few hundred miles away to my house. Right now she can't get a new number with telling him due to the divorce court saying she was required to tell him by law.

Her family now lives out of state.

Everyone in his family no longer talks to him as with most of his friends. Most everyone has seen through his BS but still gets away with everything. Caught several times by banks and the IRS committed fraud, found out he harassed and stalked his old boss at USAA but nothing went on record, the sexual assaults, and now this stalking will likely be dismissed. We have hired PIs a few times and caught him breaking the law but he gets away with a slap on his hand.

He appealed the divorce which so far has cost us another $10k, likely that will be thrown out but who knows in this crazy world. If they allow the appeal we will easily be over $200k total for the cost of the divorce. He will be in for around $10k so far

Stalking case dismissed, court took too long. First filed in 2022, court started investigating in 2024, gave him a chance to move and lost jurisdiction. Judge hates him with a passion and just wanted the opportunity to not have to deal with him any longer.

Frustrating since this is the same thing that happened with the sexual intent case with his daughter. Court said they had the evidence to convict him but didn't start investigating the case until a month before their deadline.

Now we have to play the waiting game for the next thing to happen. One of the big reasons my wife moved was to get away from him, with him living less than 5 minutes away its not a matter of if something will happen, its when. Feel its just a matter of time before he snaps which may be the only way the Collin county court will get involved. He broke the stalking order twice and they weren't willing to do anything. We know he sold his house and made $70k but is now broke again, wouldn't put him hiring someone to make a hit on us. Already had someone very suspicious around the house once but the police got in late.

Now I understand why some women do not want to come forward, the legal system is broken and the courts don't care. This guys nickname is Cockroach since he gets away from everything. All the below has happened in the past 3 years and no charges to date.

I will say in the past I would rush to figure out how to get him charged but at this point I just have to put my faith in God. Legal system has failed us time and time again. Thousands of dollars spent by me to prove what he is doing and the court just slaps his hand.

Sexual assault on 14 year old - investigation stopped since he harassed the mom and kid to not testify
Sexual intent on his daughter (not a minor at the time) - dismissed since court too long to investigate
Criminal harassment - dismissed, court not willing to look up fake numbers that are very obviously him
Civil stalking - dismissed, court took too long and he moved out of jurisdiction. Judge hates him and said she just wanted to be done with him.
IRS fraud - dismissed and ordered him to pay backlog, was not charged even with 60+ pages of evidence.
Bankruptcy fraud - dismissed was not allowed to file bankruptcy, was not charged.
Fired from USAA - harassment on his boss did not go on permanent employment record since his boss he was harassing is afraid for her life.
Had 4 attorneys fire him as a client
Harassed wife's divorce attorney using Google Voice - mentioned their kids name. Court not willing to pick up the case since he used a fake account and would be too much work to figure out it was him

There are words for how this should be handled, but they can't be put into print.

Wife had an escort out of the building and to her car to make sure she left before he was able to leave. The court said they are afraid for her life. Yet Collin county ignores the request to even hear the case.

Right before 6 tonight she already got a harassing email from him. Reached out to the pastor at our church to see if anyone at our church works for the Collin county DA.

If anyone has any connections on here I would be more than grateful, or is an attorney willing to help. DA described him today as a sick, demented, angry man. Yet he walks free

Now that he is up here that doesn't matter, would have to change her number, her sons number, sons game logins, emails, address, etc.

Crazy on how much money, time, and effort the victim has to spend to protect themselves and as you can see the courts are not on the side of the good guys.

I remember reading this back in 22. You've shown extreme restraint. At this point, it seems inevitable the time for that will come to an end. I'll pray for you and your family's safety. The courts have failed you, it's disgusting.

Remember how the Guadalupe and Bexar courts lost jurisdiction since he moved? Turns out he never moved, he lied to the court. Wife got an email saying he was going to be looking for apartments in our city in the next few months.

You know what will happen since we have proof he lied to the court? Not a dang thing. We will tell them today but he gets off once again for scheming the system.

I get that it has to be exhausting from time and money perspective....but if it were me in your shoes as crazy as this guy is I wouldn't feel safe letting up. I'd invest the time changing everything and put extra effort into making sure my info stays confidential.

Also, if he truly hasn't moved yet, you have a window to move yourself. I know that isn't easy but might be worth it.

I also wonder, how does this guy have any money? sounds like he's so invested in stalking and harrassing that I can't imagine he's working full time and part time doesn't pay much to be driving everywhere and getting apartment(s), etc.

Even if we weren't out of money already (divorce has cost around $150k+ and depending on the appeal may continued to go up substantially) we would have to completely go black off the grid. He still has contacts in law enforcement and PI that do favors for him. I have spotted 2 PIs so far and had someone across the street obviously scoping out our house that left right as police were showing up.

We have spent money on PIs to show his alcohol abuse when he was with his kid, had them inside his house showing all the mold, pet feces, and how much the house was falling apart and the courts said to bring it up during the divorce trail. CPS said they didn't want to mess with it since he used to work for them and know how hard he will fight and harass their people.

He sold his house and moved into a run-down apartment complex that his friend owns. From selling his house he put $70k in his pocket which USAA suspects he is trying to launder money. During his fraudulent bankruptcy (it was dismissed and he can't file again but he was not charged even after a ton of evidence proving he lied a ton) we were able to see he never paid attorneys, credit cards, mortgage, and got 3 cars reposed within 5 years. He has no credit so I don't see him being able to get a get an apartment in Collin county (richest county in Texas) that is upwards of $1500/month.

I don't think he will try anything in the short term unless the divorce appeal gets denied, reading it common sense says it should be the court system has very little common sense. Two different counties won't even let my wife enter or leave the building alone with him there since they fear for her life. But yet he is safe on the streets where he can now legally possess a firearm.

It's in God's hands now, every time we get disappointed in the court system it works out better in the long term for us. I am also not one to sit back defenseless, I trained BJJ and MMA for a while, carry, and my wife has gotten pretty dang good herself with a pistol.

I know long term he is trying to make us go broke but not going down without a fight. Got married about a year ago and don't see a honeymoon happening for a few years. As long as the family is taken care of, its all good.

Find where his money (and debt) is going. Which bookies and / or drug dealers he owes. Make sure they know where he lives and the situation.

Play his game better.

We found out from multiple sources he lied to the court last month and didn't move up to Collin county. Neither Bexar or Guadalupe county DAs have responded after a week which we figured. Got away with lying to the court again, even when we handed them proof and also an email from him saying he never moved.

Wife and stepson have gotten repeated calls from fake numbers a few days. Stepson answered and it was a robot like voice that said his name and was trying to talk to him. Couldn't since it was through an app and connection sucked. Wife just hears heavy breathing, what a sicko.

Her ex also got a new account on Fortnite and told his son that he can spend money on a card he put on file for him. Stepson did and he tried to get us arrested for theft. Of course nothing came from it but he tried to raise hell.

Court system is broken, and this guy is the definition of a narcissistic psychopath. Until he is in jail or is dead this is our life

Well now more to add to the story. Remember how we have an email from him saying he didn't move? In that email he said he was going to be up at the end of the month to look for a place to live. Cool, whatever, doubt he does since it makes no sense for him to try to move now without having any legal custody of his kid. Maybe if the court appeal is approved but not right now. Beer at a bar down there cost $1-2, up here it cost $5+, homeboy will go broke in a month.

He has a 20 year old kid from a previous marriage and my wife has a 20 year old son from having too much fun in college. The boys still talk from time to time and his son called and said he wanted to come visit at the end of the month. My first thought was that was odd, he hasn't wanted to visit in over a year now he wants to visit the same weekend his dad/my wife's ex was planning on being up here. When my stepson asked him about that he got really nervous and told him he would call him later. I had my wife call and text her ex son in-law so I could talk to him but hasn't responded. Seems my wife's ex was going to use his oldest son to spot for his dad and confront us when were were out in public.

With him it's always a scheme that is not fully known to us until he makes a mistake. In his email saying he was going to come up here and look at apartments he said we should just let him see his son since he said he is not going away and there is nothing else you can do to keep him from seeing his son since the protective order was dropped.

Sad thing is according to the Collin county DA there is nothing we can legally do unless he makes a threat of direct injury or death. They won't even touch anything with a fake number to it for the same reason. Yes I know the legal system is overworked but he can break a law down to the definition and they won't do anything. In a situation like this one there is nothing illegal about it, just shady as you know what.
