What is it about people fishing and minding their own business that makes people rage?

JFF would'a ran that truck down and hit the brakes in time. But this guy, not so much.Quote:
The tuck and roll after he jumped off of the trailer, then how quickly he was back on his feet chasing the truck is impressive.

How did that happen if it was in park with the parking brake on? Wow.
All I can figure is the tractor weight at the tail end of the trailer lifted the weight off the rear axle and that caused some sort of lack of traction?
IMHO, every utility trailer used for hauling heavy vehicles should have built in Jack stands on either side of the tail end to keep it level and stable while loading from a rear ramp.
If he had kept moving forward to add tongue weight, or thrown it in reverse, he would have been fine without wrecking the truck.BMach said:MouthBQ98 said:

Park locks the transmission, and when in 2wd, that would only be the rear wheels. Weight of the tractor picked the ass end of the truck up, which lifted the only two wheels that are locked.
He was so far behind the trailer axles when he stopped, I doubt dropping the rear bucket would have made much difference, and some of them require turning the seat around before they will allow you to operate the bucket. He needed to get the center of mass for the tractor even with or forward of the trailer axles. With all that went on in that video, the outcome was nearly the best case. He could have easily been run over when he fell while chasing it, had the truck gone straight into the tree, had the trailer flip the tractor over when it turned at the end, etc.Milwaukees Best Light said:
Monday morning quarterback, but maybe dropping the back hoe bucket would have slowed things down or maybe even lowered the trailer tongue.
