Anyone have any experience or a opinion on these? For 1000 bucks at bucees it seems hard to pass up, but I know quality is never cheap too. Mainly trying to see how many years folks get out of these.

Looks good for the price but what's the deal with the lid? Almost like someone screwed together some random parts.

Looks like it was designed so that the blind parts fit in the lid with the floor acting as the lid for the whole thing. It's probably intended as a compact shipping container that becomes part of the blind.

It comes with all of the pieces inside that container, and you assemble. Part of what has me interested in these are them being lightweight and easy to maneuver. I have some spots I'm hunting that I plan on adding in tower blinds one at a time. This could be rotated from place to place until I get all my blinds built and set.

There was one outside the Bastrop store last weekend.

I have had mine for over a decade and going strong. One piece of fiberglass. I requested a custom height stand and it was made for me quickly at a reasonable price.

I haven't done it too many times, but I never really liked hunting in round blinds. Just hard to get situated properly and weird. Perhaps you get used to it, but give me a good old rectangle or square.

The website says they weigh 196 lbs.

We have 3 out at our lease that are the old style and have been out there 20 years. Floor has been replaced in one or two but that's it. Very solid blinds!

We're a year in on one. Don't use it much because it's on a quiet feeder. Is a little leaky. The soft fiberglass doesn't seal well around window and doors (moisture and bugs/spiders). Looked at it last weekend and still in good shape but you can see the fiberglass starting to flake. Not sure I would get another one personally. I bought one that was already assembled so can't comment on the assembly. Getting 2 chairs in there is tough

Been a long time since I bought so I wouldn't speculate on price. Not cheap, but if you price a wood one these days and realize I've NEVER had a wasp or critter in my blinds. Fiberglass is the way to go and a better long term investment.

I've leapt off a blind from red wasps more than I want to remember and once from a feral cat. I might have messed my drawers.

Call the number on the website or look into one of the retailers closest to you from the website. Looks like they're in Texas, Okla, Ark and Louisiana.
