Picked up a BR350 bc the BR450 is on back order. I have over 2 ac with plenty of trees to keep me busy in the fall/winter.

I was somewhat disappointed in the test drive. Apparently I have 7 days to return and 30 days to upgrade. Anyone have experience with both? Upgrade to 450 worth it?

Underpowered equipment is aggravating as hell. If you're already questioning it, you'll be mad as can be in a month.

Get the BR600 and you won't look back. I was in same quandary and went bigger. It's fantastic.

I was looking at that one earlier this year. The shop also sells Shindawa & Echo. Sales guy did everything he could to talk me out of the Stihl 350 - either jump up a few hundred $, or get the Echo (20% or so more CFM, similar price IIRC). Bought the Echo, love it.

PB-580T. It's the $330ish one. 517 CFM at 216mph for 22 newtons vs. 436cfm at 201mph for 17 newtons on the Stihl 350.

He said the Stihl 350 was basically my handheld Stihl moved to a backpack.
