So, it's a much more expensive watch, but SeL instruments will do it.

A custom dial color is a 1k option, divided by home many of us order them. Something similar with an engraved case back.

I am trying to see if Oris will do it.

I even tried Islander watches to see if we could get their US made quartz ones done, and he said they couldn't do it either.
