I know exactly where that is. Used to live on Ray Hubbard. The black object in the frame is a manhole cover. They put in a sewer line about 20 years ago in the easement down the east shoreline of that cove.

My wife woke me up all hysterical one morning about 15 years ago saying she saw a huge cat on the shoreline out the back window. I said probably a bobcat, but she described the color and a "long fat tail" so it could only be one thing. Was gone by the time I looked, but walked down to where she saw it with the dog and a gun. The dog lost its mind like I've never seen before, so I always believed she really saw a lion.

Definitively a mountain lion in the video.
