Hey guys, i can't remember what the law is on sea turtle boots.. are they legal to possess? buy/sell? seems like a no, but i can't remember. TIA

No idea what size, but i bet they have no idea what they are. i wouldn't be surprised if they were about $30-40. They don't list prices on the email

They're sea turtle... I know a guy whose grandfather left him a pair of sea turtle boots and they are identical except for the uppers. Said grandfather owned a boot store for 50 years so I trust his expertise.

fun fact: season 2 of Justified, Raylan Givens boots were switched to ostrich (that would be the leg, not chest) because the showrunners didnt want any trouble after the anteater was placed on the endangered species list.

Anteater (actually pangolin) looks nothing like ostrich, but I can understand how full quill could be mistaken for anteater to someone who has no idea what they're looking at.
I also own a pair of anteater boots.

I have a great vintage pair from Montana boot company out of Mexico. Boots are in great shape. I'd be willing to sell or do some trading for them if you are looking for a pair. They say 12, but I think they fit like an 11 maybe 11.5. If not allowed, my apologies.
