Yeah i havent found any 6.5 grendel accept wolf(which i wont shoot)

I did see some for $2.15/rd yesterday but I ain't paying that.

I never see 6.5 Grendel on shelves. I do see some 6.5 creed on occasion.

Now, if you needed 7mm Mag or 350 Legend, I could load you up by the pallet....

I have looked at 350 legend rifle pricing this morning, just because you can get ammo for it.

Did you get the insurance? I didn't want to risk my ammo getting lost. Didn't realize I was responsible if I didn't receive my ammo from the store.

At that price point what's another $10. I saw in my History with Bud's that I paid $16.44/box back in 2017 so sheesh what's another $10 tacked on top of the current price.

Winchester M-22, 1k rounds for $48 all in. 4.8cpr
only 22 in the case, he was restocking at 0730.

Came back at 1100, and they had 6 boxes Win 22LR HP 333 rounds.
I bought 2 boxes @ $17.9, $38 all in. 5.63cpr.

Stopped at Cabela's, absolutely nothing in handgun rounds.
But they did have 7-8 1000 round cases of 5.56, looks like the pic from Reddit that was posted last page.

FInally was able to order 40 rounds JHP from Sportsmans Warehouse, 9mm +P

Went to Able's Ammo this morning. Limit one box, per caliber, per customer. They had decent stock. I picked up the following:
- Hornady 6.5 PRC Precision Hunter 143 gr.
- Hornady 243 Precision Hunter
- Hornady 45-70 325 gr.
- Winchester 9mm 115 gr.

Haven't tallied the price per round yet and frankly I probably won't.

FYI - your quote above has 6.5 PRC listed but the bullet weight is for 6.5 Creedmoor in precision hunters.

Cabelas in fort worth has about 20k herter's 9mm on the shelf as of about 6pm. Limit 5 boxes, but it was $14 a box.

We should all be buying that 350 legend stuff right now. It is everywhere and will be just like the WSSSSSSM rifle stuff Winchester tries to sell. Those guns are badass but they are ****ing expensive to shoot.


My oddest rifle that I shoot is a .257 Roberts. Everything else is standard 30-30-.243, 30-06 stuff. I will say that hunting off handed over 150 yards the Remington 760 is the best rifle I own. I have two rifles in .257 Roberts including a 760 but I have never shot that one. The 760 I hunt with is a 30-06.


Anyway, I am always a buyer of .257 Roberts if anyone has any. I have plenty but it is sometimes hard to find.

Yep, $1 a round is average. Pre-BLM, it was still worth about $17 for the box, so you still have decent trade bait either way. How come you and I are half the country apart and we keep finding stuff the other guy needs?

I am not looking for another caliber to start, but I could shoot all the 350 legend I could afford. It would only take me a trip to 2 wal marts. They have it all stacked up by the 17HMR. I cannot imagine anyone shooting a round smaller than 22 for that matter, either.
