Plea deal was probably the wrong wording. Meant more that the lawyers will find some "experts " to testify that he's not fit for trial or was temporarily insane due to meth or some BS like that.

Sorry, long work day doing someone else's job bc they are inept and it directly affects my paycheck + several beers.

No worries. Good news is in Texas intoxication is not a defense nor can it be used for an insanity plea.
