A 9mm AR pistol is definitely on my Christmas list to myself this year. I don't know why, but they just seem fun to shoot steel with.

How does the aero precision 300 complete upper WITH bcg compare to BCM, noveske, Wilson, DD, etc.

Does bcm for example really warrant roughly double the price as aero 300?

It's the most fun AR I own. Mine is a 2 stamp gun with a Form 1 suppressor. I've got it zero'd at 15 yards, but it holds decent groups out to 100. I've had it for several years now. It was my first foray into the NFA world.

They are so much cheaper to build now than when I built mine. I just helped a buddy build one with a 4" barrel, SBA3 brace, and flip up iron sights, and he was all in for about $600, I think.
