I want to give my dad a fixed blade knife with an ivory from an elk I killed on our recent hunt inlayed into the handle. He likes what he has seen from Anza knives, but they are unwilling to do the work for me. So, I'm looking for recommendations/referrals for someone that can do it for me.
I haven't purchased the knife yet, so I'm also open to recommendations on a knife maker. I liked the Anza idea because most of their knives were ~$100-150, and I'd like to stay in that general range. However, I'm open to others.
Here is an idea of what I'm thinking (except a more utilitarian knife, rather than the glossy look).
Here is cupofjoe's that he did for his dad: https://texags.com/forums/34/topics/2933333/replies/52982093
Lastly, I'm hoping I can get this done by Christmas...
