Is there any market for old Hopkins & Allen Safety Police revolvers these days? I have one chambered in .32 S&W collecting dust in the safe.

These were generally made between 1908-1917 when H&A went out of business.

Bad form to ask what you gave for it? I have one I've kind of knocked around the thought of selling. Mine is a 184 series ( Non-Ranch Rifle version) from 1984 with 4 or 5 mags all full of fmjs.

Nah, I don't care. I gave $725 for 4 mags, the gun, and 300 rounds of ammo. @ $.60/round for the ammo, ($180) at todays prices, I figure I got the gun for $545.

Either way, I thought I got a good deal. Anytime I see Mini 14's for sale, they are usually much higher.

Would this be a good all around hog/deer rifle? I've watched a few you tube videos this morning since you posted it and kind of like it. Have wanted a fun semi automatic that would also be good for deer. I see it's heavy but I may only use it every couple of years anyway.

Gauging interest in a sell:

It's a .308 . I think if you wanted a semi auto deer/hog gun and didn't mind the weight, it would work well for that purpose

Optics wise, you'd want to go with something like a 2-7X Burris scout scope or something similar. That may limit your range somewhat, but I would think you'd be fine out to 300 yards or so

I like the BA roll marks on the matching upper/lower/rail. It's more appealing to me than the Aero roll marks. If you ever want to swap the brace for a buttstock, just swap the warcomp for a SOLGW NOX and pin/weld. Combined with the SOLGW 13.7", it's 16" overall. I'd suggest keeping the pistol brace for a while though....

Aw man that stinks, that's a long dang drive from San Antonio

It's tough to price based on what I see on gunbroker. I saw another site quote $150-250 and would let it go on the lower end of that to an ag.

I'm in DFW.

I am in College Station and don't make it to DFW much. If you are ever in CS or semi-near by I would be glad to take it off your hands. I am not sure about shipping, it may be cost prohibitive.

I'm wanting to change my lineup and acquire some other things, so I need to make some room in the safe. This one is first on the chopping block.

For sale: basic PSA AR. This is just an extra gun sitting in my safe and doesn't see any use. Has had 1 mag run through it just to verify function.
