What are you asking? I am mostly interested in the barrel. I keep putting off building a 20" with my matching receivers.

That's a nice gun. I'd do what the cock block above said and go to 24hcf if you want to maximize value. Or gunbroker.

I didn't know if you had a price in mind or not. I'm just intrigued by the 300 savage.

I was intrigued by it too and it is a pretty gun. The problem is I am left handed. I went through several different deer rifles through the years and in the process moved away from bolt action rifles. I settled into a Ruger No 1 in .257 Rob and a Remington 760 in 30-06. I have all these other deer rifles and every year threaten to pull one out but always end up using those two. Now my kids have their .243 deer rifle too.

I am not selling it. I will use it one day for trade bait when the right situation comes my way. I may put it on texashuntingforum as a trade only gun one day.

If you have any LH bolt rifles with rem 700 footprint short actions and a .308 sized bolt face that you want to part with I'd be very interested. I've got a wrong handed kid that will need a rifle soon and I've been slowly accumulating parts.
