I was intrigued by it too and it is a pretty gun. The problem is I am left handed. I went through several different deer rifles through the years and in the process moved away from bolt action rifles. I settled into a Ruger No 1 in .257 Rob and a Remington 760 in 30-06. I have all these other deer rifles and every year threaten to pull one out but always end up using those two. Now my kids have their .243 deer rifle too.AggiePetro07 said:
That's a nice gun. I'd do what the cock block above said and go to 24hcf if you want to maximize value. Or gunbroker.
I didn't know if you had a price in mind or not. I'm just intrigued by the 300 savage.
I don't know if my reasoning is sound or not. (new prices)CTGilley said:
What are you asking? I am mostly interested in the barrel. I keep putting off building a 20" with my matching receivers.
I'm interested, depending on price and location.El Chupacabra said:
anyone looking for an AR upper?
Upper: probably Aero
Handguard: 15" midwest industries
Gas block: it's there
Gas tube: also there
BCG: NOT there
Charging handle: NOT there
Muzzle device: random A2 birdcage
Barrel: 20" Larue Tactical Stealth w/less than 150 rounds
Likely not close...would have to ship.ConcreteCowboy said:I'm interested, depending on price and location.El Chupacabra said:
