I didnt think much of it because i assumed i could use the invoice that was sent to my email. I got denied. Savage says on their site if you dont get an actual receipt use the packing slip. I doubt theyll still have that.


I was in the same boat with not getting paperwork when I picked mine up. I noticed the same issue on instructions so I sent everything I had - the e-mail invoice and confirmation, copies of all the labels on the box including parts with that had my name, credit card receipt, everything. I got an e mail saying I was approved but have not received the actual rebate yet.
