I've seen a couple just now on TGT in your price range or close to it (17G5 and 19G4MOS). But you'll have to do diligence on those because they were from newly made accounts.
For sale: Franchi AL-48 20ga. 28" barrel 3 chokes with a Decelerator recoil pad. In factory box, I've shot about 10 boxes thru it. Located in DFW 817/917-3203

That was a 43 that a friend was selling. I sold the CZ months ago.
I think the only thing I have now that I might even consider selling is my Shield, and that's only because I picked up a 43X.

I honestly don't have interest in the M44. Nothing against them, but I'm trying to consolidate calibers and not add more. Maybe a 3rd party will jump in who is interested in the Mosin.

Rally-cap will have to set the price, he has the Mosin. I'm assuming it's 7.62x54R caliber.

Yes, it's a 7.62x54R. I'll update when I get home with pictures - but a stock one for now.
I'd probably be around the $350 mark, which is what I paid for it a few years ago, so no "current market" price hiking. The M44 was made in much fewer number (millions less) than the 91/30.

Yes, the bayonet on the M44 is permanently attached to the side of the barrel, and it rotates around to fix to the muzzle end. I could drive down and meet you somewhere on 45.
