Come on man! You started this whole thing! You should know better! Drives me crazy when someone wants to sell something and goes out of their way to not provide any details. ESPECIALLY on something like a non stock firearm.



If you have to ask about the details of the firearm, you can't afford it.

I know it's probably not the sexiest thing that's ever been traded here but I have a 5.56 Springfield Saint I'm looking to move in order to fund some other projects. This post is going to cost me money, I think.

I'm looking for a bridge rifle. Hear me out.

I have 223, 22-250, and 243. Then I have 7rem mag, 8mm Mauser, and 375 H&H

I want to hit the spot between the 243 and the 7mag.

I want a 257wby, but, I also want a 25-06 or a 260 rem.

No creedomor, like them but not a fanboy.

Anyone have a safe queen?

Don't know that I'm interested in selling, but can anyone give me an estimate value on this?





Yankee Hill Machine lower (probably same for the upper)
Leupold Mark AR 6-18 x 40mm scope
Varmit barrel (don't know the make)

Gun that my dad built a few years ago that I recently inherited. I know very little about it other than him saying "it's accuracy was beyond his capabilities", which didn't tell me much as we mostly shot pistols and shotguns together.

I'll have to look into it more. Like I said, I know very little about the gun other than my dad "built" it. And by that, I mean, I don't know if he ordered parts and did the assembly himself or if it was a custom build from the dealer or if a gunsmith was involved.

Longtime lurker looking to buy reliable entry-level rifle in .243 or .270 for medium-game (mostly Texas deer) rifle for my young teenage son. I used gunwatcher.com and did a search for a Ruger American in 270 and found this one for $319 with free shipping + FFL fees (typically ~$20) in Texas.

I have a Ruger American Predator (same gun, threaded barrel) and love it. I'd spend $100 more on a Ruger American vs. a Thompson Centerfire all day.

if i remember right that dpms is around, what, 800ish new? id take that deal if you were interested in something cheap / fun / reliable to shoot. saiga AKs are around that price point.

Ok, upper, lower, handguard, and gas block are Yankee Hill Machine.

Bolt, firing pin, charging handle, gas tube and roll pin are Bushmaster.

Barrel is a match grade Kreiger 1x7.7" twist.

Scope mount is LaRue.

Trigger assembly, I believe, is a DPMS kit.

Oh, and it's a .223
