What in the hell do you have your camera hanging from? It's a pretty cool angle... never would have though to elevate one and angle it down like that.

Thats a nice buck for sure. Better than many people are ever lucky enough to see. Hard to tell exactly from those pics, but he definitely looks mature. Does look like he may have some room to put on more mass and maybe finish out those G5's (and maybe a little width, if you get that in your area) with another year or two. Wether he can get there, with the conditions in your area, is a question only you can answer.

Don't think you could go wrong either way with this deer- if he even gives you a chance! I notice these are nocturnal pictures.

Madison County. We definitely get bigger deer. I absolutely want to let him go another year I just wanted to be sure the overwhelming reaction wasn't that he was on the decline.

My camera is on the top of a T post on a dirt mound above the feeder. Probably 6' above the ground where the feeder is. Nothing fancy.

We occasionally have birds fly by and trigger the cameras, but I thought this one was cool. One bird chasing after another (see the bluebird on the middle left).

I've had this camera setup for about six weeks and this is my first picture worth sharing. Previously, I got a deer ear and a squirrel. Thanks to Rufnek for the tip about going with the Covert Wireless camera so I can watch my property in Northern Nevada from across the world where I live in Sydney, Australia.

You'll have to zoom in to see the antlers.
