Update for thise interested...i have an amazing wife. I went through all the cameras i was considering and what i found to be positives and negatives about each one. Then she said youre not buying a used camera get you a new camera the one you want. So i am the proud owner of a new Nikon D750. Got my copy of understanding exposure in the mail today. Time to start learning about all that goes with pgotography. Thanks for all the advice and resources mentioned. Looking forward to sharing pictures with all of you

....along with a Storm case, converter, Wimberely, roll bar mount etc....

Great kit. That lens isn't bad at all, and the D750 is a great low light camera. Nice job by the wife!AgBQ-00 said:

^^^What they said, especially on "Understanding Exposure".
Enjoy the new gear and I recommend a separate camera equip floater on the HO policy especially as you add more.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned about BPSOP and their online "Understanding Exposure" is they have a lot of videos. You will learn a lot of tricks for taking different photos such as sunrises, sunsets, silhouettes, lightning, moon etc...
