Look this the OB. I am sure we all have a rod and reel set up with at least some 8lb mono on it.
I would bet a week's salary at least half of you have sandbags or some other form of protection to build a bunker.

The report of a second package in schertz has been retracted. The official they spoke to was referring to the package found in Austin but wasn't clear.

Making HMEs was always my favorite part of demo training when I was active duty.
I was a combat engineer. We were the other guys besides EOD who trained regularly on demo of all kinds.

Not trying to make light of the situation in Austin and surrounding areas

ATF said the Goodwill thing was not a bomb, but an incendiary device. No clarification other than that. They seem to be indicating this isn't related to the bombings.

I know someone mentioned terrorisim earlier in this thread, and I've seen reports that this latest one at the good will is "unrelated".

Conspiracy theory here, but what if they are being made by a cell, and because they are made by different people they have the appearance of bieing unrelated. Is that a possibility?
