Does it have a functioning uterus? If so you can breed it. Doesn't mean it's a good idea.

It's a mutt, and anything you breed out of it is going to be even more of a mutt. I have 2 mutts so I have nothing against them. ...but they are both fixed, and I did so early enough to keep from putting a while bunch of other mutts into the world.
