People in Victoria pronounce it Ruh-fear-e-o as well instead of refugio (ray-foo-hee-o). I think it is the accepted wrong pronunciation. Kind of like kware-o for cuero(quay-ro) or blank-o for Blanco (blahn-co)

Looking at google traffic on the laptop, it doesn't look as bad as that makes it seem. Darkest color is orange. hopefully that is the case.

A bunch of folks from work have family or friends with the same attitude. With how quickly this thing strengthened, and the surge forecast I saw this morning, I don't understand risking it. I get it, it's their home and belongings, but hell, it's your life.
