CZ Scorpion on the way. I have no current interest in making it an SBR. However, I do want to make intelligent upgrades to create the ultimate truck/backpack weapon.

What upgrades do you recommend? Trigger? Charging handle? Mag release? Optics? Arm brace? Sling?

What are your favorite dos and don'ts?

Thanks.

Can't answer your question just yet, but I ordered a carbine version earlier today. From what I've read the last two days, it should be a lot of fun......

If you're going to use a can then you'll need to change out the threads. I would also look at replacing the ambi safety.

Thanks.

Given that the carbine is threaded 1/2x28, which seems to be a common threading for 9mm, I doubt that I will need to change out the threads....

More possibilities. I would also look for a sling, red dot and maybe an upgraded charging handle. Just be warned about looking at all the nice stuff on that CZ custom web site. Best not to look at all of those awesome custom guns.

Here would be an example of what not to look at

There's a small part that is a thread adaptor you can order. I'll post the one I got tomorrow.

It's this one for the blued...There is also an option for stainless. This is for the EVO Pistol, not the carbine.

Old EVOs were 1x18mm or something weird (mine is). New EVOs are standard 1/2x28 thread pitch.

Thanks for the links.

Here is a good looking list of parts: https://hbindustries.net/store/

I really like the hand guard and the trigger and charging handle upgrades.

I did buy a Bushnell TRS 25 red dot for an optic.

I need to find a good bag and a good sling.

Thoughts?
