Anybody else hit this one up? Picked up a Viper PST 1-4 for $430 out the door. Only thing is, I just mounted Magpul Pro Buis on my rifle because I was planning on buying the Aimpoint Pro. Do I still need BUIS on there now? Anyways, for $430 I decided to go with the Viper

My scoped guns still have BUIS, they can still be a backup just wont cowitness with the optic

Maybe a stupid question, but I haven't mounted the scope to look at it, will the rear BUIS still flip up with the scope mounted?

For my scoped guns I either mount Irons at an angle with a static scope mount, or run a scope with a high quality (larue) quick detach and the BUIS under the scope.

You would have to pop the scope off to use the BUIS, but that would only be if necessary (shattered glass).

Leave the back up sights off.

One more question. If i decide to keep the BUIS on the rifle could i use something like Daniel Defense KeyMod Offset Picatinny Rail mount for them???

Only if your rail is keymod...

If so, it'll be a great option.

If not, hit up LaRue for their mounting options.

I may be the only one, but with the rate at which everything gets counterfeited these days, I don't think I will ever buy optics at a gun show. Just seems too risky.

You have a point, but these guys have a brick and mortar store and they're Vortex dealers. So, i think (hope) they are as legit as every other dealer!
