You can't shoot from a chopter above someone else's property onto your own, I don't think. That's the same principal as trespassing.

Likewise you can't shoot from a chopter over your on property shooting over onto someone else's property (trespass by projectile)

I think it would be prudent to stay above shotgun range if flying and hovering and etc. over someone else's property regardless of existing laws. Common sense just aint all that common!

I'm on the Grimes County side of the river.

I've seen those guys in the chopper. They are seriously annoying.

Also talked to a neighbor who let them overfly his property and hunt.

He said "never again".

Don't complain if someone wants to pay for and kill all the hogs on your property. Just talk to the guy and explain your concerns. I hope he's not the ass you say he is.
