Lake CC has been full off and on the last 4-5 years. It filled a couple of weeks ago, from about 5' or so low, since then, and going forward, all that water in the nueces gets drained to the bay.

Meanwhile choke canyon lingers around 35%.

were actually up to 40% now. Choke has come up almost 9' since labor day and there is another small push coming down the frio. was down there last weekend and wend for a boat ride and it looks amazing. If she can stay at that level for a while the bass fishing should explode.

They were throwing people in the produce and meat lockers at heb on Hewitt drive. My wife was there.

How's the brisket? Last sundays downpour ruined my brisket. Couldn't ever recover temperature consistency after the rain and I rushed it to finish for dinner. Came out tough..

We just got kids down for naps... and sirens went off as I was cracking open a beer, went ahh crap,
Now I have to wake up the baby

I'll know about the brisket in about twenty minutes.

6.5" here in Bryan last night, according to a couple Weather Underground weather stations near me. Closer to 8-10 inches amount near Kurten where we are having a work day today. The front stalled right over us and it sounded like a train going by for a few hours, it was raining so heavy. I think Madison county got even more last night.

A friend lives behind Santa's Wonderland and he said he didn't get a drop either. Very similar to the junction flooding last week in that one area experience major flooding and a few miles away got next to nothing if not zero rain. The bad thing is Junction has a much harder rocky surface that doesn't absorb much of anything and they have more flash flooding.

Was 82 when I walked in the office this morning, was 60 when I went to grab lunch. Aside from the damned rain, the temp is awesome.
