Not sure why names were introduced into the conversation. I originally posted to get a better perspective of the law, not to push the issue on someone elses property.

Any good looking single sons from the ranch family? I could care less about the boundary line.

I apologize for posting names. I have removed them. My sole purpose for posting names was that everyone knows exactly where these 2 properties are and can easily find the names from that information. I saw that you and Boerne were asking each other what the name of the other ranch was so I put it up. Boerne obviously met the manager of the 141 who told him the names of the other ranch owner. I was just clarifying. I apologize and don't want this to escalate at all.

I have stated time and time again in this thread that the two primary land owners are both very good people. When fences are involved, even good people can have disagreements. I have enjoyed the dialogue and have forced myself to learn some new law along the way.
