Saturday turned out to be a great day, the Ags got a win and I got a deer. He walked out around 4:20 in the afternoon and was too tall to pass up. He ended up scoring 136 6/8. That broken brow time kept him from the 140 mark but I couldn't be happier. It was also my first deer to shoot using one of my own hand loaded bullets, so I was pumped when he dropped like a rock. A 300 win mag with a 168 great berger did the trick.
