So we have a dead stanky ass possum in our backyard. What's the best way to get rid of them? Can I just bag him up and throw him in the trash? I live around 610 in Houston.

Throw it in your neighbors yard.

Throw it in the street and let the neighbor's cat carry it home. Squirrel got laminated in the street in front of our house. Was trying to decide if I should do something. Looked out and spotted the neighbor's cats, the same little SOBs that are always in our yard. They pried it up off the street and disappeared into their garage.

Problem solved.

I'll fess up, there was just a Baby Ruth in the bag.

Offer it up to whatever northside dorm did roadkill bingo. I think it was either Moore or FHK.

1. Dig possum sized hole + 25% in each direction
2. Place possum in hole
3. Cover possum with quick lime
4. Place remaining dirt over possum

Concrete possum shoes.

Should have just run it over with the mower.

This, or I typically just use a good shovel and launch the dead critter over the fence, preferably in the corner so the neighbor can't prove which of the other neighbors did it.
