Looks like fun, and would be fun with clay targets or chickens as well.

Nobody seems to be complaining that the indians drove Game off of cliffs because they were to lazy to hunt each one by foot individually. Or even worse domesticating animals so they lose thier flight response and are even easier to hunt.

+1 for the February details, can't make the drive this weekend.

Talon, I do the same in the fields of Kansas. Usually by myself without a dog. You definitely work for your birds, not just have someone throw them up for you while you sit in a chair.

Had a great time saturday and we did tons of shooting. Thanks to the Ags that came out for the shoot. few pictures from the shoot.







Picture of the Tower now that everything has leaves on it made it pretty tough to see birds until they were right over the top of you.

Definitely keep me in the loop on the Feb shoot. I can probably get 3-4 together in a group if I give everybody here enough notice.

I will make a post kinda towards the end of the month about the Feb 8th shoot.

And yes, I will be talking to your kids and the hippies at Earth Day about hunting and killing things. I have for the last 8 years, might help if a few more of you did likewise. Heck, I get invited by the hippies now to specifically come talk about hunting.

I'm def interested in the February hunt...need to get my lab some bird work since he is out for dove/duck season!

Tower shoots are fun. And the birds are delicious. I would rather tower shoot pen raised birds than hunt them in the field because they generally don't flush all that well.
