Don't know where you are located, but I am in Austin and can get the Salt Lick sauce at HEB here, and I love it.

Love Head Country on chicken and sausage.

It should go without saying that if the brisket needs sauce you should probably just have the chicken or sausage.

My favorite is king of the pit's engine 22. It has a little spice. I usually stock up when I see them at trade shows. Though they said buckeys is starting to carry it. Our other cheap go to option is sweet baby rays.

Cattlemans, mix in some Lee and Perren, beer, and little lemon juice. Heat it up. It's tange, not sweet. Don't like sweet BBQ sauce

Head Country is pretty damn good. My brisket never needs sauce but I will slather it on anyway.

Stubbs and Sweet Baby Rays are probably the most popular, but HEB had some really good sauces. Very good variety of flavors, too.

Head country, sweet baby rays, and I've liked the garland jacks sauces I've tried.

My dad came in and broughte some Grandma Fosters sauce. Now that stuff is dang good. He's up in Nebraska. I think the sauce is out of Kansas.

I like the central market Texas sauce for brisket, sausage and chicken. The other flavors (Memphis, Carolina, etc.) I do not care for.
